Friend Requests

• 3.1.1 A Tox client may not automatically add friends. A user must explicitly accept friend requests.

• 3.1.2 A client must provide a mechanism by which the user may see the 32-byte public key of any client initiating a friend request. The key must be displayed in hexadecimal.
